1. Verify if your payment went through. You will not receive any files if your payment still pending, on hold, or didn't go through. 

2. If point 1 is not applicable, verify your Spam Folder just in case the email containing your files landed there. 

3. If point 1 and 2 are not a solution, contact us including your order number and the email used within the order. 

We will get it to you as soon as possible.
